Thumbnail Artist, Scammer Payback

Scammer Payback, the #1 "scam-baiting" creator on YouTube, is looking for an experienced YouTube Thumbnail Artist to join their production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ideation and creation of Thumbnails for videos posted to Scammer Payback's channel . The ideal candidate understands what makes a good thumbnail, and how important it is to the success of a video. They also have a strong graph of how to use metrics and analytics to inform decisions, and create better thumbnails. This is a fully remote, part-time position, with the potential to extend to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Ideation, development and creation of all Thumbnails for the channel
• Define the look, feel, and overall design language of all thumbnails
• Maintain awareness of current and evolving trends in the design and new media spaces
• Offer suggestions for improvement of design process and branding
• Maintain brand guidelines pertaining to YouTube thumbnails
• Track analytic and market trends
• A/B testing on thumbnails to determine what's working and what's not
• Contribute to headlines, descriptions, and tags on YouTube videos
  
  

Requirements

• Previous position as Thumbnail artist for a Large YouTube channel or production company, full-time or freelance.
• Understanding of YouTube analytics, such as CTR.
• Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
