The Crown Is Yours

We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Trading Support Specialist to join our team in Plovdiv. You will work with the in-line manager to support third party suppliers and partners to deliver a targeted, relevant sportsbook product for our customers.

What you’ll do as a Trading Support Specialist

  • Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information

  • Provide electronic support via email/chat to B2B customers worldwide

  • Escalate customer complaints through the appropriate internal channels

  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Support customers with all aspects of the trading process, including trading and settlement, manual adjustments, and communicate with multiple teams and departments

What you'll bring

  • Ability to work under time pressure, sharp and fast thinking

  • Ability to work night shiftS

  • This position requires full-time, in-office presence
