We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Trading Support Specialist to join our team in Plovdiv. You will work with the in-line manager to support third party suppliers and partners to deliver a targeted, relevant sportsbook product for our customers.
Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
Provide electronic support via email/chat to B2B customers worldwide
Escalate customer complaints through the appropriate internal channels
Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Support customers with all aspects of the trading process, including trading and settlement, manual adjustments, and communicate with multiple teams and departments
In-depth knowledge & Deep interest in sports
Ability to work under time pressure, sharp and fast thinking
Fluent English
Ability to work night shiftS
This position requires full-time, in-office presence
