Job Description

This internship program offers a 6-month opportunity to enhance technical and professional skills within the APAC Creative team. Trainees will support artwork creation for various brands (Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, etc.), including tasks such as coloring assistance, icon creation, idea generation for new art development, and digital artwork creation using Photoshop and Illustrator. The program involves collaborating with diverse Disney professionals, receiving team support and guidance, and adhering to strict confidentiality agreements regarding any confidential information. The role requires proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Clip Studio, alongside professional workplace etiquette. A minimum of 3 days/week of on-site work or remote work (20 hours/week) is expected. This program is part of the Organization Development & Talent Solutions (OTS) team dedicated to developing cast leadership, business acumen, and careers.

Must have:

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio
Artwork creation support
20 hours/week commitment (min 3 days)
Confidentiality & non-disclosure agreement
Professional work ethics

言語︓日本語（母国語レベル）

職務内容:

以下ブランドキャラクターアートワーク作成サポート(Disney, PIXAR, Star wars, MARVEL, 20CS, National Geografic)、一部彩色補助、アイコンアート作成補助、
新規アート開発のためのアイデア捻出
イラストレーターでのデジタルアートワーク作成補助
フォトショップでのデジタルアートワーク作成補助
各種資料収集、作成

必須条件:

以下ツール等によるアート制作（Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio）
勤務する上での常識的な挨拶、マナー等
20時間/週の中での最低3日の出勤、もしくは自宅作業
