Job Summary:

Through innovative storytelling and a culture of collaboration, Hong Kong Disneyland's Entertainment team creates, produces, and delivers remarkable and engaging entertainment experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and administer training for Cast Members in Entertainment

  • Maintain and update Cast Members' training records in the system

  • Ensure that only qualified Cast Members are scheduled to perform

  • Work closely with Trainers to coordinate various training sessions and provide administrative support

  • Attend training sessions and provide feedback to ensure effective knowledge transfer

  • Provide logistics and coordination support for any ad hoc projects in Entertainment

  • Prepare training reports

  • Provide logistics and coordination support for new cast arrivals

  • Occasional off-site work and weekend availability will be required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience

  • Team player with good organizational and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Outlook; knowledge of SAP is an advantage

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and basic Putonghua
