What You Will Get To Do:
Design performance test framework and help development teams runs performance test
Work closely with internal customers (other development teams) collaborating with them to optimize Intralinks application in test environments and help troubleshoot production issues
Inspect iterative results and propose improvements to technique, tools, and process.
Work with a broad array of technologies and tools.

The Project:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer to join our Engineering team. Our SaaS platform helps Enterprises across the world to securely collaborate and exchange mission-critical business content. Responsibilities include design and implementation of automation frameworks for performance testing, deployment, and upgrade of web-scale application services facilitating agility, velocity and resiliency of software delivery. Drive architecture discussions, performance optimizations and end to end improvements into the platform with development architects and leads
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience
This position will facilitate performance testing of Intralinks applications. Our team (CoE PaCE – center of excellence performance and capacity engineering) focuses on the followings,
Assist development teams with process + guidance on how to conduct performance testing of IL applications Provide affective done criteria for developers to integrate performance testing in SDLC Design/develop custom testing framework for development teams to run their performance tests Develop custom monitoring and analysis framework to support their testing needs Help/support SCRUM teams with all their needs specific to performance testing/monitoring/tuning and data creation
What You Will Bring:
Following skillsets with proven hands-on experiences are preferable
For this position, candidate must pass a written exam and 2 rounds of interviews.
