Bulkhead is seeking an experienced VFX Artist to create stunning visual effects for their multiplayer shooter 'Wardogs'. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3D software, VFX systems, and node-based material generation. Experience with UE4, UE5, Niagara, and shaders is a plus.

//DESCRIPTION

We’re currently searching for an experienced VFX Artist to join the Bulkhead team working on our multiplayer all out-warfare shooter ‘Wardogs’.

Our ideal candidate will help to deliver visually stunning and realistic effects. Our team members are multi-disciplined developers who strive to push boundaries, question the norm and are always looking for better ways to do things.

You'll use your extensive experience working with 3d software and fx systems to create a range of visual effects for our characters, weapons and environments driving for high and consistent quality across the game.

This is an in-studio role, and this is non-negotiable; however, we can offer bespoke relocation packages.

At this time, we are unable to offer any visa sponsorship.

// RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement high-quality vfx assets that enhance gameplay mechanics, environment, and character design, while ensuring optimal performance and memory efficiency.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth vfx asset integration and resolve any vfx-related challenges.

- Develop and maintain vfx pipelines and workflows

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our vfx pipeline is cutting-edge

// REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience crafting eye-catching visual effects using relevant industry standard software and tools

- Strong knowledge with node-based material generation workflows

- A team player who has experience working with multiple departments and helping assist other team members.

- Skilled in UE4,uUE5, Niagara and shaders
