Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for cybersecurity, governance, and risk management? A leading global organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join its technology risk and governance team at the executive level.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and advancing the firm's cybersecurity and technology control frameworks. You'll work across global teams to drive policy development, enhance regulatory alignment, and strengthen the organization's defense posture against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and governance of cybersecurity and technology risk policies and standards.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve control frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact, global cybersecurity projects.
• Analyze and integrate external regulations and industry frameworks into internal governance models.
• Oversee control assessment methodologies and ensure continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environments and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Proven leadership in policy development, control governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
