A leading global organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join its technology risk and governance team at the executive level as VP of Information Security. This role involves shaping and advancing the firm's cybersecurity and technology control frameworks. Responsibilities include developing and governing cybersecurity and technology risk policies, driving strategic initiatives for control frameworks and regulatory compliance, collaborating on global cybersecurity projects, integrating external regulations and industry frameworks, and overseeing control assessment methodologies. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance, with a strong understanding of global regulatory environments and security frameworks.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and advancing the firm's cybersecurity and technology control frameworks. You'll work across global teams to drive policy development, enhance regulatory alignment, and strengthen the organization's defense posture against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and governance of cybersecurity and technology risk policies and standards.
Drive strategic initiatives to improve control frameworks and regulatory compliance.

Analyze and integrate external regulations and industry frameworks into internal governance models.
