Your Accountabilities...

  • Lead the warehouse team as they undertake activity including processing incoming inventory, stock movement, and outgoing orders to the store.
  • Engaging employees, making sure goals are met, and communicating priorities.  They will support the recruitment of warehouse operatives and support training and ongoing development.
  • Help manage the efficient flow of inventory through the business and a safe and healthy working environment.  Monitor the safe use of machinery and equipment across the site.
  • Support the processing of paperwork for deliveries and purchase orders.  Makes sure that any stock moved around site is recorded in our warehouse management system.
  • Ensure inventory orders are picked accurately and efficiently by the team (and themselves).

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Experience of supporting the management of a warehouse, stock distribution center, or busy goods-in department.
  • IT literate, including use of warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Able to independently make decisions.
  • Well organized and focused.
  • Able to communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
  • Supports all inventory counts at the warehouse.

The Nice to Haves

  • Use of plant machinery including (but not limited to) forklifts, high reach equipment, and pallet trucks (training on our specific machinery will be provided).
  • Experience of licensed products.
  • Interest in film and television, and if possible, Warner Bros.’ Wizarding World franchise.
