YouTube is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with key leaders in the Creator Third Parties ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for these partners, building trust and rapport while providing strategic guidance to internal teams. You will develop and execute programs to support Creator Third Parties, who in turn scale our support of the most influential creators on YouTube. Responsibilities include relationship management, strategic advisory, program development and execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry
  • 3 years of experience analyzing and structuring business problems
  • Excellent organizational leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries
  • Excellent data, quantitative, or problem solving skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with complex project management
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Experience working with Shorts creators or interest in short-form video content

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Excellent data, quantitative, or problem solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
