As a Senior Game Designer, you will define game structure, rules, objectives, systems, and features, communicating these to the production team to ensure the intended user experience. You'll design user journeys and interfaces, and train game testers. The role requires close collaboration with diverse teams, a high level of industry experience, and a portfolio of past projects. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining design documents, researching new ideas, developing prototypes, and coordinating development with design.

Python/NodeJS Developer

As a Senior Game Designer you will have to determine the structure of a game, which includes its rules, objectives, systems and features. You are required to communicate these game elements to various Production team members and provide the direction needed to deliver the intended user experience. You should conceive the game’s overall user experience and interaction scenarios to design user journeys, as well as user interfaces. You are also required to train game testers to play the game, making sure that the game elements are balanced and that they understand what is expected of the finished product.<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">What skills we are looking for:-</h2>As a Senior Game Designer, you must be able to work closely with a vast team which includes game developers, backend developers, technical lead, artists, art director, QA, customer support, marketing and social media. Marketing, Social media, and the respective Leads to drive the vision of Creative/ Game directors.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Create and maintain level design documents which include game mechanics, game flow, and the rules plus definitions.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Chart out and define all the in-game elements and components such as setting, structure, story, characters, objects, and other elements available to the game characters.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Do extensive research to bring new ideas to the table.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Iterate and develop design prototypes and provide them to the team.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Coordinate with Leads to ensure that the development is in sync with the design document. Make sure that schedules are maintained by working closely with the Producer, Artists, Game Developers, and QA engineers.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Drive the workforce to make sure that they understand and maintain the stakeholder vision, technical specifications, fun element, and content for the games.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Work closely with the QA team, train them and make sure what is expected of the finished product.</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Whom we are looking for:-</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">5-15 years of Game design experience.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Must have designed and developed game systems for at least 5 shipped mobile titles and overseen their growth during LiveOP phase.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience handling F2P mobile games from concept to live service.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Possesses extraordinary content creation skills.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Should be self-driven, energetic, and highly motivated.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Analytical in thoughts with a dedicated ability to create, communicate, and maintain detailed design documents throughout the game cycle.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Must be up to date with current industry trends which include new game genres, new design methods as well as new platforms.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">A burning passion for all types of games.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to think in the shoes of our customers and bring in a customer feedback-driven vision that aligns with that of the stakeholders.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">A bachelor’s degree is preferred.</li></ul>In this role, you are responsible to ensure that the entire team understands the concept and vision played out by the Creative/Game director.
