<h2>Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Coordinate with UA Team to deliver data-driven strategies tailored for LATAM, ensuring proactive campaign planning and market-specific adjustments.</li>
<li>Monitor weekly performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaign outcomes.</li>
<li>Identify and evaluate new Emerging Markets in the region for investment opportunities.</li>
<li>Design and execute campaigns aligned with product updates and pipelines, leveraging insights from ad platforms and product teams.</li>
<li>Oversee partnerships with external agencies to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.</li>
<li>Liaison with the Emerging Markets Country Managers to coordinate campaigns and priorities.</li>
<li>Lead Live Ops requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with internal partners</li>
<li>Be responsible for the creation and on-time delivery of copy bundles, marketing materials, and other campaign assets.</li>
<li>Represent Emerging Markets LATAM in planning meetings, ensuring alignment with product marketing and Live Ops initiatives.</li>
<li>Engage with player communities and incorporate feedback for future events.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison for partners, support LATAM-related activities, and strengthen regional partnerships.</li>

<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree(or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience a plus.</li>
<li>4+ years in User Acquisition, Live Ops, or Product Marketing, ideally in gaming or mobile apps.</li>
<li>2+ years of building and engaging with user communities</li>
<li>Expertise in Emerging Markets with focus on LATAM Markets</li>
<li>Agency management, from selection to high-level strategy and execution.</li>
<li>Data analysis and campaign optimization within mobile apps or gaming.</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering executive presentations.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for onboarding, planning meetings, and strategic initiatives</li>

<p>The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $<span data-sheets-root="1">188,100.00</span> - $<span data-sheets-root="1">209,000.00</span> + bonus + equity + benefits.</p>
<p>Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
