Job Description
As the Front Office Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of technical strategy and implementation for our front office trading systems. This role involves leading a team of developers in Bangalore, India, to create advanced solutions for trading operations. Key responsibilities include strong coding skills in Dynamics AX X++, reviewing functional designs for technical solutions, producing high-quality technical design documents, driving technical design with other teams, engaging in design clarifications with consultants, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will be expected to deliver high-quality X++ code, leverage offshore teams, use TFS for collaboration, and demonstrate confidence in managing development work. Experience with F&O integration with SQL Server, 3rd party applications, CRM, and .NET applications is essential.
Must have:
- Strong coding skills using Dynamics AX X++ and related technologies.
- Experienced in AX D365.
- Review functional designs for technical solutions.
- Produce high quality technical design documents.
- Drive/Assist Technical design on the GAP requirements.
- Good knowledge of F&O Integration with SQL server, 3rd party applications, CRM, .NET application.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FO Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As the Front Office Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical strategy and implementation of our front office trading systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology, leading a team of talented developers in creating cutting-edge solutions for our trading operations.
- Demonstrates strong coding skill using Dynamics AX X++ and its related technologies/tools.
- Experienced in AX D365
- Reviews Functional design of given business requirements for technical solution and detailed technical design (TDD)
- Produces high quality TDD document as per set standards and templates
- Drive/Assist Technical design on the GAP requirements with other technical teams to ensure technical quality is consistent
- Engage in discussions with functional consultants for design clarifications
- Work closely with rest of development teams to assist them in development to adhere to project timelines
- Ensures no deadlines of projects are slipped and takes ownership for given deadlines
- Delivers high quality X++ code with defined quality standards and guidelines
- Expected to be flexible with time and leverage offshore teams effectively
- Exposure to use TFS as collaboration tool and code management process
- Reports his/her progress periodically to lead/project manager and assists them in reporting. Works with minimal supervision and self-driven
- Should be able to demonstrate confidence of quickly taking over development work in more scope based model than continue in staff augmentation mode.
- Should have Good knowledge of F&O Integration with SQL server , 3rd party applications , CRM , .NET application
