Senior Java Software Engineer

As a Senior Treasury Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring the efficient execution of key treasury operations to support the company's cash, liquidity, and FX risk management. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining and developing treasury policies, collaborating with banks for services, preparing and executing payments accurately, participating in month-end closing activities, and preparing treasury reports. Furthermore, you will be involved in bank KYC processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting audits, and implementing new treasury solutions. You will also identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Participating in maintaining and developing treasury policies,</li><li>Cooperating with banks and financial institutions for banking services and products,</li><li>Preparing and executing payments in a timely and accurate manner,</li><li>Participating in month end closing activities,</li></ul><ul><li>Preparing treasury reports,</li><li>Participating in bank (and other financial services provider) KYC processes,</li><li>Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls,</li><li>Supporting audits and financial reviews related to treasury operations,</li><li>Participating in implementing new treasury solutions and banking products,</li></ul><ul><li>Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop core gameplay systems and mechanics for mobile 3D games using Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++).</li><li>Translate design and art assets into functional, interactive, and engaging in-game experiences.</li><li>Create and implement player controls, camera systems, AI behaviors, physics interactions, and user interfaces.</li><li>Build scalable and maintainable code architecture with reusability and performance in mind.</li><li>Optimize game performance and memory usage to ensure smooth experiences on a wide range of Android and iOS devices.</li><li>Conduct regular profiling and debugging to identify and address CPU, GPU, and memory bottlenecks.</li><li>Work with art and tech teams to ensure all assets are optimized for mobile delivery.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, artists, QA testers, and product managers to define, prototype, and iterate on gameplay features.</li><li>Integrate third-party SDKs such as analytics, ads, in-app purchases, multiplayer networking, or AR frameworks as required.</li><li>Maintain clear and consistent documentation for all systems, tools, and processes.</li><li>Manage the game build and deployment processes for App Store and Google Play.</li><li>Help establish and refine CI/CD pipelines and version control processes (Git, Perforce).</li><li>Provide post-launch support with bug fixes, performance tuning, and content updates.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>2–5 years of hands-on experience&nbsp;developing and shipping 3D mobile games.</li><li>Solid command of&nbsp;Unity with C#&nbsp;or&nbsp;Unreal Engine with C++.</li><li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;3D game systems&nbsp;such as physics, animation blending, navigation, particle effects, and real-time rendering.</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;game mathematics&nbsp;(vectors, quaternions, matrices, collision detection, etc.).</li><li>Demonstrated experience in&nbsp;optimizing&nbsp;for CPU, GPU, and memory performance on mobile hardware.</li><li>Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms.</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;mobile development workflows, publishing, and monetization systems (ads, IAPs).</li></ul>
