Nexters is seeking an experienced Backend C#/.NET Developer for large-scale 4X projects, focusing on global map functionality and 4X mechanics. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant server solutions for global map features (exploration, region capture, resources, diplomacy, player interactions), implementing reliability practices, diagnosing and optimizing server code and databases, providing timely production solutions, and participating in game design discussions within a small team.
