We are seeking a skilled Lead Marketing Analyst to transform data into growth, enhancing forecasting models and supporting the UA team. Responsibilities include analyzing advertising campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, developing LTV and ROI forecasting, and leading the HWD analytics direction. The role involves building analytical backlogs, aligning analytics across teams, and enhancing marketing efficiency methodologies. The ideal candidate will provide strategic recommendations and launch data-driven marketing initiatives.

We want brilliant professionals who love building great games in a team with one of the best cultures.</p><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">About your role</h2><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">We are seeking a skilled <strong>Lead Marketing Analyst</strong> who can transform data into growth, enhancing our forecasting models and helping the UA team reach new heights.</p><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">What you`ll be doing</h2><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Marketing analytics and traffic acquisition support</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Supporting the User Acquisition team in managing traffic acquisition for Hero Wars: Dominion Era (Web)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Analyzing the impact of advertising campaigns on key marketing and product metrics</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Identifying custom events and growth opportunities that increase acquisition efficiency and scale</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Developing user LTV and ROI forecasting systems by segment</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Participating in designing and validating new approaches to evaluating acquisition performance</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">2. Managing and developing the analytics function</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Leading the HWD analytics direction: set priorities, assign tasks, review results, and foster expertise</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Building and maintaining a backlog of analytical initiatives - from ideation to implementation and impact measurement</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Aligning analytics across UA, product, and forecasting teams, ensuring a unified analytical environment</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Setting tasks for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards to track business metrics</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">3. Research and strategic development</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Rethinking and enhancing the methodology for evaluating marketing efficiency and forecasting accuracy</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Analyzing the market, target audience, and analytics trends in GameDev and related industries</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Providing analytical recommendations for both strategic and tactical decisions</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Launching initiatives that make marketing more data-driven, faster, and more precise</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">We hope that you have</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Proficiency in working with data using Python (core libraries) and SQL (ClickHouse, Airflow)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Solid understanding of User Acquisition processes (traffic structure and optimization, attribution models, Google Privacy Sandbox)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven marketing analytics cases that led to measurable UA performance growth</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to evaluate financial outcomes of projects</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience managing analytics projects independently</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proactivity, initiative, business-oriented mindset, and strong systems and critical thinking</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with A/B testing</li><li class="leading-relaxed">English level: Intermediate+</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Nice to have</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">General understanding of machine learning; experience working with algorithms would be an advantage</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with Tableau</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience working with Airflow</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">What we offer</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Healthcare</strong>Medical care program (including dental service) or medical care compensation are available for you wherever you wish to work.
