Job Description

Slite is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales team for new logo acquisition for both Slite and Super. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, spending approximately 50% of the week on prospecting and 50% on building relationships to close deals from inbound leads. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, managing existing accounts for expansion, utilizing modern sales tools, meeting sales quotas, and collaborating with other departments for a seamless customer experience. Candidates should have 1+ year of experience in Account Executive roles with SMB or Mid-Market customers in B2B SaaS, or 4 years of overall sales experience, with a strong ability to self-source pipelines and understand client needs.
Must have:
  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • 1+ year AE experience with SMB/Mid-Market customers in B2B SaaS
  • 4 years of sales experience
  • Skilled at deal sizing and client needs assessment
  • Clear communicator, asking precise questions
  • Can explain complex concepts simply
Good to have:
  • Experience in multi-product company
  • Proficient in additional European languages
  • Prior B/SDR experience

What you'll do

  • Be part of the Sales team and work on new logo acquisition for both Slite and Super.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, spending around 50% of your week prospecting and 50% building strong relationships with various stakeholders to close deals from inbound leads.
  • Understand and demonstrate our products to prospects.
  • Take responsibility for a small number of existing business accounts for expansion and upsell.
  • Use modern sales tools to map, prospect, follow up, and close your accounts.
  • Reach and exceed your sales quota.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to drive alignment and create a seamless customer experience.

Who you are

  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • An Account Executive with 1+ year of experience, running full sales cycles with SMB or Mid-Market customers at a B2B SaaS company with fewer than 250 employees.
  • A sales professional with 4 years of experience in Sales.
  • A new business hunter, confident in your abilities to self-source  more than 50% of your own pipeline.
  • Skilled at sizing deals and assessing client needs using a strong methodology, knowing how to prioritize your prospects.
  • A master of clear communication. You ask questions with precision and can explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a multi-product company, where you’ve sold or navigated product suites or layered solutions.
  • You're proficient in one or more additional European languages.
  • Prior B/SDR experience.

Writing long form allows us to drive thoughtful discussions around key topics. Documenting our work helps us reduce meetings and create our team's collective memory.

Remote work

We started Slite remotely in 2017 and never looked back.

It works thanks to our strong written culture and our regular cadence of in-person meetings, about every two to four months.
