Job Description

The Account Executive will manage a large client base, focusing on customer relationships and defending existing revenue. They will also work to identify new revenue opportunities, coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure client issues are resolved efficiently. Essential responsibilities include understanding client needs, expanding relationships, and maintaining client information in Salesforce.com. The role requires strong sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Spain team. 

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Proactively manage a large base of clients, supporting day-to-day customer relationships.
  • Responsible for defending existing revenue within assigned account base, focusing specifically on driving client value by developing a deep understanding of each client’s business needs and issues.
  • Expanding relationships within existing and targeted segment base to help uncover incremental new revenue opportunities by partnering with solutions and business development teams on any new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with clients where applicable.
  • Coordinate all internal resources necessary to ensure any client issues including service, billing, technical, delivery, etc. are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies & competitors specific to our sectors.
  • Maintain meeting notes, renewal forecasts, legal documentation, and client contact information electronically in Salesforce.com for assigned client base.
  • Create and maintain Account Business Plans within a matrixed internal team for assigned clients.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably business related
  • Track record years of experience in sales, preferably related to fraud prevention, SaaS, ID/Device verification services, IT services, to sectors such as banks, finance, fintech, neobanks, gaming, payments or similar.
  • Extensive consulting selling experience with strong ability to identify client’s critical business issues and aligned solutions that solve their problems.
  • Ability to communicate business cases and value propositions of solutions.
  • Proven sales/business development track record.
  • A strong client network is preferred.
  • Able to build credibility and strong relationships (internal and external).
  • Ability to communicate and present at all levels including senior management.
  • Accustomed to negotiating deals with a long closing period.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual meeting software (Teams, Zoom, etc)
  • Languages: Spanish native speaker. Fluent English. 


Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent Portuguese

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
