Job Description

Join Unity's fast-growing advertising business in China, working across both Aura and Grow ad platforms. This role supports mobile app advertisers in accelerating user acquisition through Unity’s differentiated ad solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of client needs, strong advertiser relationships, and delivering campaign performance. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle for Aura and Grow, maintain and grow client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored ad solutions, analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to local go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has a background in AdTech or mobile marketing, proven sales ability, business-level English, and analytical skills.

The opportunity

Join Unity’s fast-growing advertising business in China, working across both Aura and Grow ad platforms. This role supports mobile app advertisers in accelerating user acquisition through Unity’s differentiated ad solutions.

This strategic position requires a deep understanding of client needs, strong advertiser relationships, and delivering campaign performance. Long term, you’ll contribute consultative value, shape go-to-market strategies, and help expand Unity’s presence in the mobile AdTech space.

As the first joint Aura & Grow team member based in China, you’ll play a key role in local sales expansion and unlock a unique career growth opportunity within a global tech company.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for both Aura and Grow.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships while providing UA strategy guidance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. product, marketing, legal, ops) to deliver tailored ad solutions.
  • Analyze campaign data and KPIs to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Contribute to local go-to-market strategy as the first Aura & Grow representative in China.

What we're looking for

  • Background in AdTech or mobile marketing (UA, monetization, DSPs, MMPs preferred).
  • Proven sales ability to manage pipeline, uncover growth, and close deals.
  • Business-level English and strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Analytical and performance-driven with data interpretation skills.
  • Experienced in client-facing roles and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.

You might also have

  • Existing client connection is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g.Japanese, Korean, etc.).

  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
