Job Description

Luma is seeking its first Enterprise Account Executive for brands to establish partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and direct-to-consumer brands. The role involves integrating Luma's visual-first AI into brand marketing workflows to accelerate the creation of on-brand assets. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting discovery calls to understand brand challenges, setting up proof-of-concept projects using Dream Machine, negotiating multi-year agreements, and relaying market feedback to the product team.

The Role

We are hiring our first Enterprise Account Executive for brands - a pioneer who can open doors at Fortune 500s and breakout D2C challengers, prove immediate value through smart pilots, and grow those wins into lasting partnerships. Your mission is to weave Luma’s visual-first AI into brand marketing workflows so teams move from idea to on-brand assets in record time.

What a Typical Week Might Look Like

  • Prospect With Purpose – Build hyper-targeted lists of CMOs, creative-ops leads, and e-commerce owners, then craft outreach that earns first calls.

  • Discovery Deep-Dives – Unpack each brand’s concept-to-campaign process, surfacing pain points our AI can solve in days, not months.

  • Prototype to Proof – Spin up fast POCs inside Dream Machine, letting stakeholders see their own products come to life in minutes.

  • Negotiate & Navigate – Guide buyers through legal, security, and procurement while structuring multi-year agreements that scale.

  • Signal Back – Funnel market feedback to product and design so upcoming releases land squarely on brand-team needs.

  • Celebrate & Expand – Track adoption metrics, spotlight success stories, and uncover budget for the next use case.

Your Background Looks Something Like

The Essentials

  • 4+ years selling SaaS to enterprise brand or CPG marketing teams

  • Proven record of beating quota on six-figure, multi-threaded deals

  • Comfortable running your own outbound and owning every stage in HubSpot or similar

  • Fluent in brand-side metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and asset velocity
