Job Description

ElevenLabs seeks a highly motivated Account Executive in the US (remote or NY office) to build and manage a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts in media/publishing or gaming. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, negotiating contracts, closing sales, collaborating with the Growth team, developing industry expertise, and tracking sales performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about voice technology, possesses a strong work ethic, excels at problem-solving, and prioritizes client satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Experience in SaaS sales within the specified industry is crucial.

Job Details

This role is remote, so it can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our US office in New York.

About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Account Executive in the USA who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with organisations to help them generate new experiences and monetisation opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new enterprise & commercial accounts in the media/publishing or gaming industry to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities in the media/publishing or gaming space that align with ElevenLabs’ product offering and roadmap.

  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media/publishing or gaming industry.

  • Be responsible for KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team.

What you bring

  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation.

  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about media/publishing or gaming industry and how ElevenLabs’ solution can help.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction & scale.
