Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for renewals and stakeholder management. You will work in coordination with Customer Success Managers and be the primary contact for executives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive renewals, create expansion and MRR raise opportunities, manage contract terms including price negotiations, and oversee high-level stakeholders across all account bases. Daily responsibilities include sponsor nurturing, identifying all stakeholders and their needs to match them with Insider product suites, conducting Business Reviews, managing renewal processes, and contract negotiations.
Must have:
  • Responsible for renewals and stakeholder management

  • Conduct Business Reviews
