Job Description

The Account Manager II builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with a specific customer base, focusing on high satisfaction and revenue growth. They identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities. This role involves creating medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, expand, and diversify customer relationships. The Account Manager assesses customer needs and recommends suitable products, services, and solutions. They serve as the primary point of contact for all products and services, and work to increase demand by promoting these offerings to customers.

Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and to increase revenues. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Develops medium to long-term sales plans and prepares strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers. Assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products, services and solutions. Serves as the primary interface for all products and services, and creates demand for products and services by raising their profile with customers.
