This position plays a key role in coordinating internal processes and supporting our leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Assist with invoicing, purchasing orders, and other documentation

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry as needed

  • Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors

  • Support other departments in documentation and scheduling

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external partners

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
