Job Description

As an Administrative Business Partner at Google's Global Networking and Infrastructure team in Dublin, Ireland, you will be the central support for your team's operations. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc).
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to be adaptable to various competing demands and willing to learn.
  • Ability to be a resourceful team-player and extremely independent.
  • Ability to actively seek opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders (i.e, leaders, team members, EABPs).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail.
