Epsilon's Automotive Web Development team is currently seeking an AEM Content Manager/Senior Producer. This role is responsible for planning, gathering, managing, and modifying content within websites for our clients on websites that run on Adobe AEM and our proprietary web platform.  The AEM Content Manager/Senior Producer also contributes to the SEO/SEM accuracy of sites; managing tagging, titling, and naming; ownership of the content management and publishing operations in support of client product launches and digital marketing programs, including setting up and managing page structure and content in AEM Sites. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, has a commitment to accuracy and enthusiasm for growth and tackling multiple complex projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the principal work & responsibilities of the job and is not intended to be an exhaustive list.

  • Own day-to-day content management operations and tasks in support of websites and regular page maintenance.
  • Collect, organize, edit, and manage assets for content updates.
  • Image preparation, optimization, and tagging within AEM Assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams (internally and externally) to proactively—and with high attention to communication standards—produce web assets.
  • Ensure content is consistent with client digital strategies, brand guidelines and web and accessibility best practices.
  • Work with developer teams to plan page structures and agree upon content approach(es).
  • Basic testing of website functionality, checking for errors, and confirming accuracy.
  • Manage a content publishing calendar and monitor the progress of projects to successfully launch products on time.
  • Lead content projects with the support of the team.
  • Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
  • Contribute to Content Management governance processes, documentation and training.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal platforms and processes by providing feedback on toolsets, UI, best practices, and workflow optimization.
  • Review analytics reports and recommend improvements to content to enhance the site experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working on web production teams
  • 3-5 years’ AEM Sites expertise
  • 5+ years’ experience with common web design tools, such as applications like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Sketch, etc.
  • High-level of comfort working with HTML, XML, JSON, and enterprise CMS
  • Excellent English language written skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, reading comprehension and reasoning ability.
  • Experience with digital content production, content proofing and editing, SEO best practices, UI/UX concepts, accessibility, and general web design disciplines.
  • Understanding of Accessible Web Design practices and standards (as guided by WAI-ARIA) and ability to apply them in practice
  • Experience with localization and managing content (digital management) for a global audience, using a CMS
  • Deep knowledge of how content management system (and other related system) processes work
  • Record of troubleshooting and diagnosing CMS issues, and communicating those issues to roles both technical and non-technical
  • Proven record of the ability to manage ambiguity effectively
  • Flexibility of both personality and schedule to deal with rapidly-changing, time-constrained launch schedules
  • High degree of ownership and accountability
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient
  • Good to have: AEM Content Management Certification
