As an AI and Cloud Solution Architect at BytePlus in Singapore, you will partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions. You'll manage China cross-border clients in markets like Malaysia and Indonesia across various industries. Responsibilities include leading client engagement (C-level to working level), from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, conducting demos, presentations, and workshops. Internally, you'll collaborate with product teams, shaping product roadmaps and providing thought leadership. Post-sales support, upselling, and cross-selling are also key aspects of this role. This position requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

You can help us to achieve our mission. - Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client's pain points and create technical solutions that eventually deliver business results to clients. This role will be managing China cross-border clients in markets like Malaysia and Indonesia, across industries such as FinTech, internet & DNB, media & entertainment, etc. - Externally, call upon technical expertise and business acumen to lead the enterprise client engagement (C-level to working level) lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to delivering project implementation. Activities include demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops & POC delivery. - Internally, act as trusted advisor collaborating with multiple product teams and articulate clear feature requests to shape product roadmap in both short- and long-term. Provide Thought Leadership, Industry Knowledge, and deep understanding across multiple cloud and ML products. - Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell together with Account Executives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Engineering Bachelor degree and above - At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably in the role of solution architect or pre-sales solution engineering - Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills by explaining relevant past projects in the technical interview rounds - Proficient in English and Mandarin as this role will be managing Chinese clients / portfolio Preferred Qualifications - Product experience in genAI solutions (AI agents, LLMs, RAG), AI infra (GPU, inference accelerators), public cloud foundations, etc - Experience working with large enterprise clients in some verticals like Fintech, internet apps and DNB, Media & entertainment, gaming, etc. - Basic to advanced AI and ML knowledge is a plus
