About the team: The Developer Operation team at ByteDance serves as the bridge between our engineering innovation and the global developer community. Our mission is to connect developers to the power of AI-driven coding. We build meaningful relationships with developers, create content, and enable them to succeed using our tools and APIs. Acting as vibe coding advocates, we bring developer feedback into the company while showcasing our technology to the world. Responsibilities: - Identify and recruit US-based Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aligned with TRAE’s brand, negotiating partnerships to drive market penetration. - Oversee end-to-end Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) campaigns: plan content themes, align timelines, and monitor execution quality. - Track key metrics (engagement, conversions) post-campaign, deriving insights to refine collaboration strategies. - Nurture long-term Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) relationships via regular communication, while scouting emerging influencers for expansion.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or Business related fields. - Deep understanding of US social platforms and KOL ecosystem dynamics. - 3+ year experience in US market operations, with a track record of executing successful campaigns. - Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product) efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: - Experienced in Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) marketing. - Knowledge of AI coding industry.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112356 - $211112 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
