We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer with experience in Amelia (IPsoft) and SoundHound AI platforms to build intelligent conversational interfaces for chat and voice channels. This role involves developing and deploying chatbots using Amelia, designing conversational flows, managing intents/entities, and integrating backend systems. The developer will collaborate with UX and tech teams to refine user interactions, optimize NLP/NLU accuracy, and monitor bot behavior using analytics and user feedback.
Must have:

- Optimize NLP/NLU accuracy and performance.
- Monitor, test, and improve bot behavior using analytics and user feedback.
- Proven experience working with Amelia by IPsoft or other voice/NLU platforms.
- Strong knowledge of NLP/NLU concepts and chatbot architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data handling in backend systems.
- Familiarity with Groovy, Java, and Python for scripting and integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug conversational flows in production.
- Hands-on experience with test case design, bug tracking tools like JIRA, and QA documentation.
- Working knowledge of REST API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Familiarity with chatbot transcripts/log analysis for functional and UX issues.
- Exposure to voicebot UX testing, including audio response validation and latency checks.
- Understanding of voice and IVR development and voice-first UX design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy chatbots using Amelia.
