This role involves understanding the evolving AI landscape, collaborating with various teams like AI researchers and engineers, and bringing innovative AI-driven solutions to market. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, collaborating with customers, showcasing the potential of AI, understanding user needs, and documenting requirements. The product manager will also represent the voice of the customer and advocate for AI-driven solutions.
Must have:
  • Strong understanding of product management and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with AI/ML products or features and LLM Frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in English.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding product and engineering organization. Embedded within a team dedicated to our AI capabilities, you will serve as the team's product manager, championing the product AI strategy, driving rigorous prioritization, and ensuring successful execution through clear and well-defined requirements in sprints. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape as well as Low and NoCode market, and our existing product offerings. Success in this role demands deep collaboration with diverse stakeholders across our business, including AI researchers, engineers, data scientists, and go-to-market teams. What you’ll do: Identify, analyze, and prioritize customer and market opportunities specifically related to leveraging our AI capabilities, aligning these with our overarching product vision. Collaborate closely with customers to bring innovative AI-driven solutions to market. Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for your assigned AI product area, showcasing its potential, benefits and thrive for an outstanding user experience. Continuously engage with users, customers, partners, researchers, and engineers to deeply understand their needs and deliver exceptional AI product solutions that address real-world challenges. Document epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on the specific requirements and considerations for AI-powered features and functionalities. Collaborate with the development team to triage and prioritize defects, ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI capabilities. Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for AI-driven solutions in daily scrums and other software development ceremonies. What we are looking for: Strong understanding of best practices in product management, agile development methodologies, and SaaS business models, with a specific understanding of the unique considerations for AI product development. Entrepreneurial thinking, Proactive and collaborative individuals with exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 1 to 3 years of experience in a product management role, ideally with some exposure to or focus on AI/ML products or features, with a good understanding of LangChain or similar LLM Frameworks. 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role, demonstrating an ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field with a strong technical aptitude and interest in artificial intelligence. Excellent written and verbal fluency in English. Proven ability to communicate and understand complex technical concepts, particularly in the realm of AI/ML, and translate them into clear business value propositions. Experience as an advanced user of automation (Low and NoCode), integration, SaaS APIs, and/or no-code software solutions is a plus. Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and Frameworks is a must, tools, and concepts (e.g., model deployment, data pipelines, ethical AI considerations) is a significant advantage.
