Job Description

You will be part of a team based in Cluj, and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor support mailbox
  • Perform high-level analysis of incoming requests
  • Communicate effectively with the client’s L1/L2 teams
  • Analyze log files where needed
  • Collaborate with Developers and Testers for in-depth investigations
  • Perform basic database investigations (Oracle SQL)

Qualifications

  • Proven similar experience of at least 2 years
  • Proficient in application and system troubleshooting (logs, errors, restarts)
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to document procedures
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and operational excellence
