Analog Custom Silicon Validation Engineer

You will join the design and validation team responsible for ensuring that internally developed silicon meets the design and functional specifications. You will be responsible for developing and executing test methodologies for validating silicon performance throughout the silicon and product development cycles. You will collaborate with Radio Frequency (RF) / Analog-Mixed signal design, system integration, and automated test equipment (ATE) test engineers. You will be responsible for: - Silicon bench bring up, bench validation/testing, and characterization of custom RF/Analog/ Mixed-Signal ICs. - Collaborating with design team on silicon validation and characterization test plans. - Develop electrical tests using analog interfaces, FPGA and JTAG to validate IPs. - Develop board-level solutions for characterization and emulation platforms to meet design team requirements. - Define test equipment, schematic, and layout requirements to enable on-bench testing. - Automate tests, extract results, and generate test reports. Compare measured performance to design specifications. - Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams at silicon and module levels. - Support production engineer and failure analysis debug in the lab.
