As an Analyst, Accessibility, YouTube Developer Infrastructure in Bengaluru, you will collaborate with various YouTube teams (product, tools, technology, UX, legal) to ensure the accessibility of YouTube products for users with disabilities. Responsibilities include guiding product teams to improve accessibility, developing accessibility evaluation plans, executing assessments, identifying accessibility issues (e.g., missing captions, poor contrast), partnering with cross-functional teams to expand accessibility guidance, and providing technical consultation to implement accessibility standards. This role requires experience with assistive technology and accessibility checking tools, along with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll be a subject matter expert, advocating for the needs of users with disabilities and ensuring YouTube's products are inclusive and satisfying for everyone.
