Dun & Bradstreet is seeking an Analyst to join their BAC business unit in Delhi. The role involves analyzing Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) mandates for Greenfield/Brownfield projects, Debt Restructuring, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and Lender's Independent Engineers (LIE) mandates. Key responsibilities include client interaction, site visits, document review, technical and industry analysis, and preparation of financial models. The analyst will also collect necessary information, coordinate with technical consultants, conduct market research for cost validation, draft reports, and present findings to clients and bankers. The role requires compliance with company frameworks and regular reporting.

Must have:

MBA Finance/CA/CFA with 4+ years of experience
Experience in building financial models
Project management/appraisal experience
Debt Restructuring mandate execution
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Sound business knowledge and current affairs update

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand the requirement of bankers and companies in the perspective Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) mandates involving Greenfield/ Brownfield projects, Debt Restructuring, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), Lenders Independent Engineers (LIE).
Agency for Specialized Monitoring (ASM) and Project Monitoring mandates
Responsible for client interaction, site visits, document review, technical and industry analysis, preparation of financial models
Collect necessary information required for the study from the company
Co-ordinate with the technical consultants to gather all relevant information required for the study
Undertake extensive secondary research in the local market to validate cost assumptions
Draft/ Write necessary reports based on the information collected
Presents the outcomes of the assessment to clients and bankers at Lenders’ Consortium Meetings
Regularly reports all activity and acts within the company’s compliance framework

Key Requirements:

MBA Finance/CA/CFA (including Under-Graduate as Bachelor of Engineering) with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience will be preferred
Prior experience of building financial models, project management/appraisal and executing Debt Restructuring mandates is a must
Analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities
Sound business knowledge/update on current affairs
