Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, identifying and solving issues within critical business systems. As part of the Wireless Network Operations team, you will be a key interface between the client and network systems, ensuring continuous, reliable performance. You will leverage technical expertise to identify client issues, develop resolutions, and maintain operational stability, collaborating with clients and resolving network incidents.

  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective support
  • Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)

  • Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless communication standards
  • Experience in designing and deployment of wireless network
