Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure effective communication within the team. Implement best practices for system maintenance. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance.
Must Have:
  • Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations
  • Strong understanding of system integrations
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Knowledge of system maintenance best practices
  • Hands-on experience in conducting system audits
