Our job offer:
- Monthly salary: $ 1,423,500 COP
- Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m.
- Direct hiring by the company.
- Contract type: Fixed for 1 month with possibility of extension.
- Workplace: Crr 7 # 71-21 Torre B Piso 7 .Bogotá
Responsibilities of the position:
- -Invoice registration support in the document administration center
- - Movement of documents, boxes, bags, and other documentary items within the different processes of the area.
- - Perform loans, returns, preparation, insertions, re-archiving, coding, and classification of managed information in the process.
- - Management of document management applications.
- - Verification, preparation, and readiness of documentary information.
- - Validation of databases vs. documents.
- - Movement of equipment and supplies necessary for area processes.
- - Comply with the wearing, care, and proper use conditions of the assigned equipment.
- - Guarantee and ensure the correct handling of all elements, tools, and equipment related to the development of the functions outlined above.
- - Perform displacements between different warehouses by means of vehicles authorized by the company, either in IM's own vehicles or a duly authorized third party.
- - Perform other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor, according to the nature of their position.
What we are looking for:
- Educational level: Academic or technical high school. Preferably, but not essential, students of technical careers in information systems and/or archiving.
- Work experience: minimum of 6 months in similar positions such as: administrative assistant or data entry clerk.
- Key skills and knowledge:
- Office software knowledge
- Customer service.
- Ability to follow operational procedures.
- Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork.
