Meet The Team

Our in-house creative team is looking for a highly motivated, human-centric, conceptual designer with cross-disciplinary skills to create engaging and meaningful experiences through print and digital formats. As part of Global Marketing, this role will report to the Associate Creative Director and will be responsible for collaborating with writers, marketing managers, and product managers to bring compelling creative to life for our customers. You will also work alongside the creative team and account managers to design and develop award-winning campaigns and strategic collateral tactics for the product and channel marketing team.

What Makes You Successful

  • You have hands-on experience in designing and creative execution - from concept to production to delivery - to create holistic marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • You have strong skills in interpreting creative briefs for digitally focused projects and campaigns, exploring multiple conceptual directions.
  • You have experience in crafting social campaigns, content creation, and translating human insights into impactful creative.
  • You have knowledge about current interaction design trends, with a proactive learning attitude.
  • You have proficient skill level in the Adobe Creative Cloud (especially in After Effects), Figma, and the Microsoft Suite.
  • You have strong communication, organizational, and resourcefulness skills.
  • You have the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to meet tight deadlines.
  • You have familiarity working within a Project Management tool (Asana, Workfront, etc.) and a Digital Asset Management tool (Brandfolder) is a plus.

Travel Required

  • 5 - 15%

Experience And Education Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 - 12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
