MMGY has an immediate opening for an Art Director in our Detroit, MI office who’s looking to go places. You’ll work on campaigns for some of the best travel brands in the business, so conceptual thinking and looking at the world a little differently is a must. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in regular client-facing presentations
• Help foster an energetic, team-centered work environment
• Stay current on design, campaign and social trends
• Work closely with other agency teams to ensure client goals are achieved
• Be a self-starter and create your own, proactive creative opportunities
• Strive to become a travel industry expert
• Think idea first, then design
• Prepare and organize your work to present to the Creative Director
• Occasional out-of-town travel required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, associate’s degree or industry equivalent and at least 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Advanced understanding Adobe Suite Skills; After Effects, illustration skills are a plus
• Proven design, conceptual ideation and typography skills
• Strong time management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
