Job Summary

As an Art Director, you will lead a team of illustrators and animators during game production, ensuring the timely delivery, quality, and consistency of all art assets. You will carry the vision and visual direction for the games' graphics, leading, inspiring, motivating, and mentoring your team. This role requires constant learning and growth in artistic skills. Must Have

Passion for character design
Self-motivated and proactive artist/illustrator
Leading illustrators and animators
Ensuring art asset quality
Carrying game visual direction

Good to Have

Strong conceptual, design, and production skills
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
Strong leadership skills
Game development knowledge/experience
UI/UX design or animation knowledge/experience
