Key Responsibilities

Business Consulting & Strategic Advisory

  • Leverage deep tattoo industry experience to identify common Artist needs and offer clear, actionable strategies.

  • Lead goal-setting conversations and offer personalized recommendations that align with each Artist’s values and ambitions.

  • Proactively check in, respond to questions, resolve issues, and celebrate milestones with personalized notes, merch, or shoutouts

  • Be the internal advocate for Artists—surfacing patterns, needs, and product insights to inform future development.

Program & Process Development

  • Build scalable frameworks and engagement models to support a growing number of Artists with high-touch support.

  • Develop internal playbooks, feedback loops, and retention strategies based on Artist behavior, feedback, and success metrics.

  • Partner with the Head of Growth to shape the future of Artist Solutions as a core function of CO:CREATE’s growth engine.
