This role focuses on leading quality within assembly operations, encompassing the identification of process improvements in inspection, development of standard operation sheets, and comprehensive personnel management. Responsibilities also include addressing and following up on Help Calls and Quality Alerts, as well as effectively managing conflict and QCST situations to maintain high-quality standards.
