Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
As a Procurement Back Office Specialist, you will support the buyers throughout the purchasing process by handling the sourcing of a large array of products and services related to the work environment and the production of our games. You will also support the Gameloft procurement strategy by mastering, training and enforcing the use of our procure-to-pay ERP (Workday).
What it means on a daily basis
•Sourcing: requesting and analyzing quotes, place orders, control and supervise receipts of goods/services
•Review local requisitions, update and maintain supplier database as local Buyer
•Onboard new requesters, insure continuous training and support of stakeholders on ERP’s best practices and everyday use
•Follow up with requesters and approvers to unlock pending worflow actions and do periodic control of in collaboration with Finance department
•Conduct Procurement due diligence reviews
