In this role, you will be at the forefront of financial data analysis, working closely with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as well as various Finance departments to provide invaluable insights and contribute to optimizing our business processes.

What will you be doing:

As an Assistant Analytics Manager, you will be a driving force in our financial and risk management efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support New Product Launches: Lead the setup of P&L tracking for new product lines, ensuring accurate cost attribution, revenue modeling, and performance measurement from day one.
  • Build Scalable Data Infrastructure: Design and enhance business intelligence tools and dashboards that empower teams to make data-driven decisions at scale.
  • Enable Self-Serve Analytics: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to ad-hoc data needs and build intuitive dashboards that make complex data accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Streamline with Automation: Improve efficiency by automating recurring reporting processes and optimizing data pipelines.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to translate business needs into clear technical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Track and Optimize Costs: Support centralized cost tracking initiatives and generate comprehensive management reports to monitor spending and efficiency.
  • Mine Insights for Impact: Dive deep into financial and operational data to uncover trends and deliver insights that drive growth, profitability, and strategic focus

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Risk, or Analytics, with a strong track record of applying data to solve real-world financial problems.
  • Finance domain expertise is essential — this role requires bringing thought leadership to cross-functional finance stakeholders and shaping our financial data strategy.
  • Deep understanding of financial products and instruments such as cards, treasury products, and payment gateways — critical to building scalable, insight-rich solutions.

  • Experience in risk management, financial services, or fintech is desirable.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for diving deep into data to uncover trends and drive informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills to manage competing priorities and cross-team expectations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams, translating technical findings into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
