PTW, líder em serviços para jogos, está procurandoum(a) Assistente administrativo para se juntar à nossa equipe. A pessoa deve ter alguma experiência em compras, acompanhamento de fornecedores e cotação de serviços. Se você é organizado(a), proativo(a) e tem boas habilidades de comunicação, queremos conhecê-lo(a)!
Responsabilidades
- Compras: Ajudar na compra e controle de materiais de escritório e equipamentos.
- Fornecedores: Acompanhar e gerenciar fornecedores, garantindo que os serviços e produtos sejam entregues conforme combinado.
- Cotação: Fazer cotações de serviços e produtos, buscando sempre as melhores condições de preço e qualidade.
- Manutenção: Ajudar na organização e manutenção das instalações da empresa.
- Projetos: Colaborar com a equipe em projetos e melhorias.
- Documentação: Manter registros atualizados de todas as atividades relacionadas a facilities.
Requirements
- Experiência em compras e acompanhamento de fornecedores.
- Habilidade para fazer cotações e negociações.
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
- Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente.
- Boa comunicação.
- Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de escritório (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado será um diferencial (não obrigatório)
