Job Description Summary:

The Commissions Analyst role partners with Field Sales, Renewals, Finance, Accounting and Human Resources to manage, administer and validate all commission payments and financial accruals. The role also works directly with the teams to develop, distribute and administer compensation plans. The Commissions Analyst will be a key member of the Commissions team within the Sales organization at Rocket Software. You will be responsible for the administration of sales commissions and analyzing & reporting out on sales commissions trends. A successful candidate possesses strong analytical skills and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly calculations, validation and payment of sales commissions and incentive compensation plans.
  • Maintain data integrity within Xactly, Salesforce.com and related systems.
  • Partner with the Sales Operations team to support the implementation & documentation of new sales commissions plans
  • Assist with the distribution of individual Compensation Plans and reporting on Attainment to Target.
  • Respond to issues and questions concerning incentive plan payments and policies.
  • Support annual Sales Compensation Plan development as it relates to systems, reports, execution.
  • Develop expertise in sales commission plans, policies, and rationale to support consistent application and understanding across stakeholders.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations/finance role supporting sales incentive plan operations.
  • Comfortable partnering and engaging with cross-functional teams.
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to think quickly.
  • Experience with commercial software applications; Xactly experience highly desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues.
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Travel Requirements:

Less than 10% travel is required to attend various sales kick-off meetings.

Annual salary range for this position is between €29,920.00 - €44,880.00 gross before taxes.

Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
