- Supports and manages internal company website, as well as creation and editorial review of web content.
- Plans and creates written or visual content for internal communications initiatives, including articles, emails, digital signage, and support materials for employee events.
- Supports and helps drive the Internal Comms team’s policies and projects, simplifies and optimizes workflows across the internal company website and related internal messaging tools.
- Works cross-departmentally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and ensuring consistency with Nintendo’s philosophy, acting as a point of contact and liaison to other departments to support internal business priorities.
- Helps create and administer large scale internal events, including all company meetings, supporting project management and execution of production workflows in real time.
- Helps create and support messaging Q&As that drive awareness and clarity of NOA business priorities.
- Helps support and drive various endeavors across the Communications team.
- One to two years of internal communications or PR-related experience.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online web tools and Smartsheet strongly preferred.
- Proven writing and editorial abilities.
- Robust ability and experience managing and executing cross-departmental projects.
- Proficient PC skills, including fluency with Microsoft Office 365 (required), and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Knowledge of video game industry preferred.
- B.A. in English, Communications, Journalism, or related/equivalent field.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
