Job Description
As an Associate Developer, you will support the Mainsail platform engineering team with fundamental development tasks, including front-end integration, code maintenance, and basic data operations. This role is designed for early-career developers or recent graduates looking to build strong hands-on skills with Microsoft technologies in a collaborative, cloud-based SaaS environment. You will contribute to UI integration, support the development of C#/.NET Core backend features, assist in writing and executing basic SQL queries, perform unit test writing and debugging, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
Must Have:
- Basic proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming
- Exposure to SQL Server and relational database concepts
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON-based communication
- Willingness to learn DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset

As an Associate Developer, you will support the Mainsail™ engineering team with foundational development tasks including front-end integration, code maintenance, and basic data operations. This role is designed for early-career developers or recent graduates looking to build strong hands-on skills with Microsoft technologies in a collaborative, cloud-based SaaS environment.
We'll trust you to:
- Contribute to UI integration and assist in consuming RESTful APIs in collaboration with front-end teams
- Support development of C#/.NET Core backend features under guidance
- Assist in writing and executing basic SQL queries for data validation and testing
- Perform unit test writing and debugging with help from senior team members
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain technical documentation for assigned modules or components
You'll need to have:
