What You’ll Do
Lead a High-Performing Engineering Organization
- Build and scale a world-class engineering team with a strong sense of purpose and accountability.
- Foster a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and technical mastery.
- Coach and develop engineering leaders and individual contributors to reach their full potential.
Drive Technical Strategy and Execution
- Define and evolve the technical roadmap to support our fintech platform’s growth and resilience.
- Guide architectural decisions and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and investor-centric solutions.
- Champion engineering excellence through modern practices like CI/CD, DevOps, and agile delivery.
Accelerate Innovation
- Launch and lead innovation initiatives that push the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech.
- Encourage experimentation, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
- Enhance investor outcomes by delivering AI based tools and experiences.
Collaborate to Deliver Impact
- Partner with product, design, and business teams to align on priorities and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Communicate strategy, progress, and challenges clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Break down silos and build strong cross-functional relationships.

- Strong track record of delivering complex, high-impact software products, ideally in fintech or adjacent industries.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling engineering organizations and driving strategic initiatives.
