Job Description
As a Motion Graphics Artist at PlaySimple Games, you will collaborate with designers to develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include all stages of video development, from conceptualization and design to final animation. You will deliver high-quality, engaging videos within deadlines, ensuring creativity and precision. Strong animation skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), and experience with 3D software (like Blender) are essential. Project management, teamwork, and the ability to take constructive feedback are crucial. A passion for gaming and game marketing is a plus.
Must have:
- 2+ years motion design experience
- Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop proficiency
- Strong animation principles understanding
- Creative visualization & project management
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Blender or other 3D tool experience
- After Effects scripting knowledge
- UI animation experience
- Video editing expertise
- Game marketing understanding

You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality, engaging, and professional videos within given time frames while ensuring creativity and precision.
Requirements
What’s Required of You
- Experience: 2+ years in motion design, animation, or a related field.
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. (Bonus: Experience with Blender or other 3D tools.)
- Animation Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, character movement, and typography.
- Creative Visualization: Ability to transform ideas into visually compelling animations.
- Project Ownership: Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working independently when needed.
- Technical Curiosity: Eagerness to learn new software and technologies to enhance workflow and efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Ability to improve animation speed and performance without compromising quality.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take and implement constructive feedback.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of After Effects scripting (Expressions), UI animations, and video editing expertise.
