Job Description
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (not more than 3 attempts) or MBA (Finance) from a top Institute
- 6+ years of experience in Finance with at least 3 years in FP&A or Business finance roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts to support financial planning
- Prepare long-term and short-term business and financial plans
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations
- Support decision-making by providing actionable financial insights
- Support development of financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts to support financial planning
- Prepare long-term and short-term business and financial plans for the company and if and when needed, financial plans for evaluation of new businesses
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to provide insights on business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial results and enhance operational efficiency
