This role involves acting as an expert in accountable care, recruiting practices for government and commercial value-based care contracts, and supporting growth targets. Key responsibilities include consultative engagement with practices, negotiating participation agreements using CRM software, coordinating referrals, participating in strategy development, and providing market insights. The role requires prospecting and responding to leads, with support from a Growth Development Representative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, preferably in healthcare or physician network development, and knowledge of value-based care models.
